Roam with Ireland's premier grass-fed Dairy Buffalo herd.

Let's get out in the fresh air,  pop on the wellies or boots and stroll off to the pastures to see the animals graze in the rich pastures of the valley. Head inside to see the newborn calves and Milking Parlour. Observe the Mozzarella cheese production audiovisual , Q&A and finally taste the cheeses handmade each morning at first light. What could be a better way to be inspired by the " "Field to Fork" food ethos and Bio-diversity in practice here on this unique farm in Ireland.

Times: 10:30am or 2.30pm.

Thank you, Dorothy, for a fabulous tour today!! You are a mountain of knowledge and I could see that the students really enjoyed every aspect of the tour. They were still singing you and Ciarán's praises when we arrived back to school. We will most definitely be recommending Lee Valley Taste Trails to everyone we meet, Regards, Trish Bailey
