Thank you, Dorothy, for a fabulous tour today!! You are a mountain of knowledge and I could see that the students really enjoyed every aspect of the tour. They were still singing you and Ciarán's praises when we arrived back to school. We will most definitely be recommending Lee Valley Taste Trails to everyone we meet, Regards, Trish Bailey
Just want to say to you ( even though I know I did on the day) But having spoken on way back at Lunch and a few conversations since – the lads were extremely happy with the visit and hugely impressed with what ye have done/are doing. Continued success, best wishes and thanks again
Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity with our small group today 22nd June. We so appreciate your valuable time and wealth of knowledge. We feel privileged to be visitors,

Here's a sample flavour of the Farm Tour :
Roam with Ireland's grass-fed Dairy Buffalo herd in Gaeltacht Mhuscraí with farm guide Dorothy O'Tuama. Let's get out in the fresh air, pop on the wellies or boots and stroll off to the pastures to see the animals graze in the rich pastures of the valley. Head inside to see the newborn calves and Milking Parlour. Observe the Mozzarella cheese production audiovisual presentation and finally taste the cheeses handmade each morning at first light. What could be a better way to be inspired by the " "Field to Fork" food ethos and Bio-diversity in practice here on this unique farm in Ireland.
